RAF Brize Norton will host Families Day / Brizefest on Sat 6th Sept 2014.

Families Day is a free event, 12pm-6pm.
Brizefest festival is a ticketed event 6pm – 10:30pm.

A whole day packed with entertainment for the entire family.

Bring your own picnic & gazebos, relax & have fun.


Brizefest will be held on Sat 6th Sep 2014. It encompasses the traditional Families Day and continues into the evening with our very own festival. It’s open to RAF Brize Norton personnel (military and civilian), their family and friends.

Families Day 12pm – 6pm.
Brizefest Festival 6pm – 10:30pm

Families Day is free, however a ticket is to be purchased to attend the Festival.

Families Day / Brizefest is ONLY open to RAF Brize Norton personnel (military and civilian), their family and friends.

Festival tickets can be purchased from outlets on base.

Tickets are only required for those wishing to attend the festival (6pm-10:30pm).

Advance purchase: £5 for adults, under 16′s free.

Tickets on the day: £10 for adults, under 16′s free.

Families Day/Brizefest is ONLY open to RAF Brize Norton personnel (military and civilian), their family and friends.

Car: Enter through Crash Gate 3 (at base hanger). No access via any other gate.

Foot: Via Main RAF BZN entrance (Carterton Rd). Follow marshals’ instructions.

Free Coaches available from RAF Lyneham, Fairford, Faringdon, Shrivenham and Lechlade. Prior booking required.

Free Shuttle services available around Carterton Town Center and Shilton Park. Prior booking not required.

All personnel and their baggage will be subject to search.

Please comply fully with the RAF Police and marshals’ instructions for your own safety.

Do not leave any bags unattended. If you see anything suspicious report it to the RAF Police or uniformed personnel immediately.

We are looking for any comments regarding the facilities, kids activities, bands, food & beverage selection and anything else.


We are working hard to provide an outstanding Families Day / Brizefest 2014.

We are constantly searching for volunteers, and require committee member or just volunteers for the day.

Please take part and volunteer for this worthwhile Station Secondary Duty.
